摘　　要：高等师范院校承载着为基础教育培养合格师资的重任,科学合理的人才培养方案,决定了其培养目标和规格,决定了所培养教师的专业素质,可为基础教育合格人才的培养奠定坚实的基础。因此,如何制定科学合理的专业人才培养方案,成为本文研究的主要问题。Normal universities are carrying on important task to cultivate the qualified teachers for the basic educa- tion. A scientific and reasonable cultivation blueprint determine the cultivation goal and level as well as the professional- ism that those teachers-to-be require in the near future. In the meantime it can also lay a solid foundation for the culti- vation of qualified potential talents in the realm of basic education. Hence,how to formulate a scientific and reasonable cultivation blueprint become the main points of this essay.
