摘 要:MOOC的发展需要学习者的参与。学习者的某些功能属性和行为选择不自觉地满足了MOOC持续发展的需要,是学习者的价值体现。学习者潜在价值具体包括:大规模属性的网络价值、知识综合体属性的知识价值、集群效应的影响价值、推荐行为的推荐价值以及追求精神满足信念的自我实现价值。学习者的这些潜在价值为MOOC相关配套服务的完善,课程质量的提高,大量忠实用户的培育以及盈利的实现提供了可能性,对MOOC可持续发展有现实意义。The development of MOOCs( Massive Open Online Courses) needs the participation of learners.The functional attributes and behavior selection of learners can meet the needs of the sustainable development of MOOCs,which actualizes the value of the learners. The potential value of learnerscan be specified as follows:large scale attribute has the network value,knowledge complex attribute has the knowledge value,cluster effect has the influence value,recommendation behavior has the referral value and the belief of pursue spiritual fulfillment has the self-actualization value. The value of learners in acting in MOOCs from the classroom to the extra-curricular,from the suppliers to the managers to the investors,from the potential learners to the volunteers and others,provides the possibility for MOOCs on the perfection of the related ancillary services,the enhancement of the courses quality,the cultivation of a large number of loyal users and the realization of the profit,and it has practical significance on the sustainable development of MOOCs.
