健康中国视阈下高校食堂的食品安全管理探究

摘　　要：随着高校后勤社会化改革的不断推进,高校食堂经营模式呈现多元化,部分高校食堂采用对外承包经营的模式,导致高校食堂食品安全存在较大的安全隐患。对新形势下高校食堂潜在的不安全因素进行了分析,结合全面推进健康中国建设的背景,针对性地提出了相应的解决措施。With the constant reform of colleges and universities logistics socialization ,the operating modes of college canteens are diversified .Part of college canteens adopt foreign contracted management mode , w hich directly leads to great security risk of college canteens ’ food safety .At present ,China is comprehen-sively promoting the construction of healthy China ,and it is imperative to strengthen college canteens ’ food safety management to ensure physical and mental health of teachers and students and social stability . The paper analyzes the potential unsafe factors in the college canteens under the new situation ,and puts forward the corresponding solutions to the weak links .
