摘 要:在问卷调查和访谈的基础上,以D觟rnyei的动机三层次理论为框架,针对中亚留学生汉语学习动机减退的现状,提出动机激发策略。在语言层面,通过培养学生的跨文化意识和促进其与母语者接触来激发和加强融合性动机,同时发展工具型动机。在学习者层面,增强学生自信心,减少学生的语言焦虑,并引导学生进行正确的归因。在学习环境层面,增加课程内容的吸引力,加大学生在任务中的参与度以激发学生的兴趣,任务及教师语言的难度要与学生语言水平一致,及时、有效地反馈,培养学生内心的满足感,教师扮演好学生学习的指导者和促进者的角色。Based on the questionnaire and interviews and Doernyei's extended motivational framework,this paper provides some motivating strategies to the demotivated Central Asian students. At the level of language, in order to stimulate and enhance integrative motivation and instrumental motivation, it is necessary to develop the cross-culture awareness and to increase the students' contact to native speakers. At the level of learner, developing students' self- confidence, decreasing language anxiety,and prompting motivation-enhancing attributions are needed. At the level of learning environment, increasing the attraction of the courses,involving students to tasks in class to stimulate the interest,matching difficulty of the tasks and teaching language with the level of students,giving effective feedback on time,facilitating students' satisfaction and adopting the role of facilitator for students are in need.
