摘　　要：专业发展学校是20世纪80年代中期以来美国教育改革中出现的一种教师培训的新形式,设立联络小组是美国专业发展学校的管理类型之一,为我国专业发展学校建设提供了成功的经验。本文结合国内实践论述了在专业发展学校管理中建立联络小组的意义,探讨了联络小组的建立方式和运行机制,指出了联络小组建设中需要解决的主要问题和解决办法,希望在专业发展学校管理方式的本土化方面起到抛砖引玉的作用。Professional Development School is a new teacher training form which has emerged in American education reform since mid-1980 s. The establishment of the liaison group is one type of the American Professional Development Schools＇ management,which provides a successful experience for Chinese professional development school construction. Based on domestic practice,this paper discusses the significance of the establishment of the contact group in the professional development of school management,explores the building mode and operational mechanism of the liaison group,and points out the main problems and solutions in liaison team-building,and hope it to play a valuable role in the localization of the professional development of school management.
