摘 要:在全国重点学科遴选工作告一段落之后,各高校的中文学科应适时调整学科建设目标和具体路径,回归中国语言文学教学与科研的自身规律。具体而言,在师资建设方面,应着力实现教研团队的梯队化,合理分工;在人才培养方面,应提升教学质量,夯实学生基础,并树立学术自信;在科研工作方面,应注重学术内涵导向与质量提升,兼顾基础与应用两个维度;在学科结构方面,应整合内部二级学科的力量,并与其他学科实现协同创新。在上述路径的具体实践中,应该结合本校、本系的实际,有针对性地开展学科建设。After the selection of key disciplines, universities’ Chinese discipline should adjust the target of disci-pline construction timely, in order to regress to the teaching and scientific research’s laws of Chinese language and literature. Specifically, in the terms of teachers, we should make efforts to achieve the teaching and research team echelon, and make the division of labor more reasonable;in terms of personnel training, we should improve the quality of teaching in order to reinforce the students’base and build academic confidence;in the researching, we should focus on academic connotation orientation and quality improvement, give consideration to two dimensions of basic and applied;On the discipline’s structure, we should integrate the power of the second-rate disciplines and a-chieve the innovation synergies with other disciplines. In the concrete practice of the path, we should carry out the discipline construction in line with actual conditions of school and department.
