摘　　要：从人才培养标准的概念及含义、构成人才培养标准的内在要素、人才培养标准要素之间的关系等方面,系统论述人才培养方案、专业教学标准、课程标准、岗位标准、企业师傅标准、质量监控标准及相应实施方案。This thesis discusses the talent training scheme, teaching standards, curriculum standards, standards for enterprise masters, quality control standards and related implementation plan from different aspects. We also discuss about the definition, connotation, the constituent parts of talent training standards and the relationships of them.
