摘　　要：高职院校要提高人才培养质量,教学质量是根本,而教师教学素质的提升和教学积极性的有效发挥是关键,在高职教育更加注重教学内涵提升的新形势下,搞好教师教学发展工作,为教师教学提供一个更好的发展平台,对建设一支高水平、高素质、业务精湛的教师队伍起着至关重要的作用。To improve the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges,the teaching quality is fundamental.Teachers are the leading personnel in the teaching work.The improvement of teachers＇ teaching quality and the effective display of the enthusiasm of teaching are the key to improve the colleges＇ teaching quality.Under the new situation that higher vocational education pays more attention to enhance the connotation of teaching,doing agood job in teaching development and providing a better development platform for teaching play a crucial role in building high level,high-quality,business-skilled teaching staff.
