摘　　要：高职师资水平是高职办学质量的重要基础,高职院校应准确定位科研工作,增强科研意识,加强科研基础建设,完善科研管理体制,建立专业化的教科研团队,形成"教学催生科研,科研反哺教学"的良性机制,促进师资水平的提升。Higher vocational teaching level is the important basis of higher vocational education quality.Higher vocational colleges should accurately locate scientific research,build up the consciousness of scientific research,strengthen the construction of scientific research base,perfect scientific management system,establish a professional scientific research team,form the benign mechanism of teaching accelerates scientific research and scientific research provides feedbacks to teaching,and promote the teachers＇ level.
