摘　　要：与社会主义核心价值观凝练的理论抽象、"小众"完成过程不同,社会主义核心价值观的培育和践行,是一个由"小众"到"大众"的大众化、民族化实践过程。社会主义核心价值观培育和践行的效力,在其决定性意义上,取决于大众内化为思想意识、外化为行为习惯的程度。在实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的今天,从效度意义上考量,社会主义核心价值观的培育和践行,必须立足于中华民族优秀价值文化维度,即立足于中华民族优秀价值文化心理和价值文化话语,着眼于中华民族优秀价值文化的伟大复兴。It＇s different from theoretical？ abstraction of the socialist core values＇ conciseness and the completing process of minority, cultivating and practicing the socialist core values is a process of popularization and nationalization. The effectiveness of the cultivation and practice of the socialist core values, in its decisive sense, depends on the degree of the public＇s internali- zing consciousness and externalizing？ behaviors. In the validity, to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation＇s dream, must be based on the dimensionality of Chinese nation＇s excellent value culture, namely based on psychology and discourse of Chinese nation＇s excellent value culture, focus on the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation＇s excellent value culture.
