摘 要:为发掘党参提取物新活性,拓宽其应用范围,试验考察了亚临界水提取党参皂苷的工艺。研究首先采用单因素试验及正交试验研究萃取压力、料液比、萃取温度和萃取时间对党参皂苷得率的影响,从而确定了提取的最佳工艺条件。研究结果显示,最优工艺条件为:亚临界萃取压力10.4 MPa、料液比1∶53 g/m L、萃取温度130℃、萃取时间110 min,亚临界水萃取得到的党参皂苷得率较高,其最高得率为30.68 mg/g。研究结果表明亚临界水提取方法可用于党参皂苷的提取及用于抑菌性研究,这为党参皂苷的产业化提供了有力的理论和工艺基础。In order to explore the new activities of the extraction of Codonopsis pilosula and to broaden its application area, the technology of subcritical water extraction of Codonopsis saponins was studied. Signal factor test and orthogonal experiment were firstly used to study the influence of pressure, solid-liquid ratio, extraction temperature and extraction time on the production yield of Codonopsis saponins, therefore, the optimum extraction conditions were determined. It was shown by the experiment that when the pressure of subcritical water extraction was 10.4 MPa, solid-liquid ratio was 1 : 53 g/mL, extraction temperature was 130℃, and the extraction time was 110 min, the production yield of Codonopsis saponins was the highest, which was 30.68 mg/g. It was proved that subcritical water extraction method could be used in the extraction of Codonopsis saponins and the study on its antibacterial application, which provided strong theoretical and technical basis for the industrialization of Codonopsis saponins.
