摘 要:朱熹在《论语集注》中,对仁、义、礼三个概念的阐释,充分体现了其思想的德性伦理学角度而非义务论倾向。"仁"是人先天具有的德性,不是对规范的认知,也并非对普遍规则的符合。"礼"通常表现为规范、规则形式,借助"礼"以达成社会秩序和德性修养,但这种规则形式在儒家并不是第一义的。德性并不完全通过礼而呈现出来,"仁"是礼的基础、根源,因而德性才是第一义的。同时,在礼文规范的秩序中,儒家赞赏以"义"处事的君子,君子往往能够在具体境遇中做出恰如其分的道德抉择和评价,而不仅仅固执于某种形式性规则。Zhu Xi elaborated the three concepts of humanity,justice and propriety in The Analects of Confucius Variorums,which gave full expression to his thought on virtue ethics rather than the trend of deontology. Humanity refers to people's inborn potentiality of virtue instead of cognition to the moral codes. Propriety refers to the norms,rules and regulations so as to achieve the desirable social order and moral cultivation by means of propriety,yet,these rules and regulations,in the minds of Confucians,are not necessarily the first justice.Virtue does not always present itself by means of propriety. Humanity is the basis and root of propriety,so virtue becomes the first justice. Meanwhile,when it comes to the order of propriety and norms,Confucians speak highly of gentlemen who can properly approach justice,since gentlemen can make appropriate decisions and judgment under the specific situations rather than get caught in certain formalistic rules and regulations.
