摘 要:内科学知识面广、内容繁杂、难度大,学生普遍感到比其他临床学科难学,如何进行高校内科学课堂教学改革。提高学生学习的积极性,强化教学效果,是经常研究和探讨的问题。由于医学的迅速发展对内科学课程建设提出了更高的要求,如何提高学生的临床思维,临床实践与临床处置能力,是目前急需解决的问题。通过选择临床医学专业二年级学生在内科学教学中试行LBL和PBL结合教学法,比较学生理论知识和综合能力的提高情况,探索在医学临床学科中实行LBL和PBL结合教学法的可行性,以更好地培养符合医学发展的新一代医务工作者。Internal medicine have wide range of knowledge, and the subject is tough and complicated. Students generally feel more difficult to learn it than other clinical subjects. How to carry on the reform of classroom teaching of internal medicine, improve the enthusiasm of students' study, strengthen the teaching effect, is the problem that we often study and discuss. Due to the rapid development of medicine, which raised higher requirements for the medical curriculum construction, how to improve students' clinical thinking, clinical practice and clinical treatment ability, is an urgent problem to be solved at present. We attempted to combine LBL with PBL in the teaching of Internal Medicine by choosing clinical medicalmajor students in grade two as experimental object. We tried to compare the improvement of students' theoretical knowledge and comprehensive ability, to explore the feasibility of combining LBL and PBL with teaching method in clinical practice of medicine, in order to cultivate a new generation of medical workers who meet the requirements of medical development.
