摘 要:目的建立简易回流辅助消解原子荧光法测定大米中的重金属砷和汞的方法。方法采用简易回流辅助湿法消解样品,用双道原子荧光光度计测定大米中的As和Hg重金属含量。结果在最佳实验条件下,As和Hg元素的工作曲线的相关系数分别为0.9992、0.9996,检出限分别为0.012和0.014μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD%,n=7)分别为1.4%和0.5%,加标回收率分别为87%-105%和83-104%。结论该方法是一种快速、高效、简便的测定大米中的As和Hg重金属含量的检测方法。Objective To establish a method for the determination of As and Hg in rice by simple reflux assisted digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Methods The pretreatment on sample was made by simple reflux assisted wet digestion method and concentration of As and Hg in rice was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Results Under the optimal experimental conditions,the relative coefficients of standard curve of As and Hg were 0.9992 and 0.9996,the detection limits were 0.012 μg/L for As and 0.014 μg/L for Hg,the relative standard deviations(RSD%,n=7) were 1.4%for As and 0.5%for Hg,and recovery rates were 87%-105%for As and83%-104%for Hg.Conclusion The established method is rapid,efficient and simple,and is suitable for the determination of heavy metal content of As and Hg in rice.
