基于“卓越计划”的工程实践教育基地群的构建

摘　　要："卓越工程师教育培养计划"专门要求规定所有参与的本科学生须在真实企业环境下学习累计不少于一年时间。我校结合自己的办学定位和实施专业的特点,构建了"分散实施、区域联动、分段递进"的"3+1"校企联合培养新模式,建立了基于校企产学研合作的"长三角、珠三角和省内长株潭"3个"卓越计划"工程实践教育基地群。经过近4年的探索实践,我校"卓越工程师教育培养计划"实施取得了良好的效果。Particular requirements of ＂PETOE ＂ demand every participating undergraduate student must study in real company environments and the accumulated time is not less than one year. ＂3 ＋ 1 ＂training mode of PETOE has been adopted in our school and students studied in a company in their fourth year. In order to implement the plan,according with our school＇s orientation and the professional characteristics of PETOE,we form a new colleges and enterprises joint training model of ＂decentralized implementation,regional interaction and segmented progressive＂of PETOE,establish three engineering practice education base groups of PETOE such as ＂Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta,ChangZhu-Tan＂based on school-enterprise research cooperation. After almost four years of exploration and practice,our school＇s ＂PETOE＂has achieved good results.
