摘 要:"电工与电子技术"是高校面向工科非电类本科生开设的一门必修公共基础课,本课程实践性强,对于非电专业学生拓宽知识面、培养工程实践能力和创新能力具有非常重要的意义。针对高等院校工科类课程强化培养学生能力与素质的目标,提出了以实践与理论教学协调统一为核心的课程调整与改革思路,在师资队伍建设、教学管理改革、教学结构与内容调整、实践教学与教学观念、方式改革等方面进行了深入探讨,以促进学生知识、能力、素质协调发展,培养学生的实践能力和创新精神,提高教学质量。Electrical and electronic technology is a basically public course for non-electrical professional undergraduates in colleges and universities. This course is very important for cultivating the engineering and innovation abilities of students,and is with strong practicing characteristic. In order to reinforce and cultivate students' abilities and qualities,a reform thinking of course adjustment and reformation is proposed,it is focusing on the harmonization of theoretical and practice teaching. Several aspects are discussed deeply,such as teaching staff building,teaching management reform,adjusting structure and content of teaching,the conception and methods reformation of practice teaching. All of the measures are beneficial to students not only for their coordinated development of knowledge,abilities and qualities,but also for the cultivation of practical ability and innovative spirit. This will improve the quality of teaching.
