摘  要:目的探讨翻转课堂联合案例教学法在临床儿科学教学中的应用效果。方法选取大同大学医学院临床医学本科五年制的四年级本科学生共65人。将学生随机按班分为两组,实验组:翻转课堂联合CBL教学法;对照组:传统授课教学法。教学完成后,通过问卷调查和专题理论考试的方式评价教学效果。结果①问卷调查结果显示,翻转课堂联合CBL教学法得到大多数学生的好评,儿科教学模式的满意度达到87.5%,显著高于传统教学组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②专题考试成绩显示,理论知识和概念题两组无显著差异(P>0.05),病例分析题翻转课堂联合CBL教学法组明显优于传统教学组(P<0.01)。结论翻转课堂联合CBL教学法的教学效果良好,能够培养学生的分析能力和临床思维能力,提高学生的主观能动性和学习积极性,值得推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of flipped classroom combined with CBL applied in pediatric teaching. Methods We selected 65 senior students from Medical College of Datong University majoring in clinical medicine of five-year program. We randomly divided them into Group Ⅰ (the flipped classroom combined with CBL group, namely, experimental group, n = 32) and Group Ⅱ ( the traditional teaching group, namely, control group, n =32) according to their classes. Each group received the corresponding teaching method. The teaching effect in the two groups was evaluated with questionnaire and the theoretical test. Results ① The questionnaire survey showed that most students in the experimentalgroup were satisfied with the combination method, with the total satisfaction rate of 87. 5% , which was significantly higher than that in the traditional teaching group (P 〈 0. 05 ) . ② The thematic theory test results showed that the scores of theoretical knowledge and concepts in the experimental group did not significantly differ from those in the traditional teaching group (P 〉 0. 05 ). However, the experimental group significantly outperformed the control group in score of case analysis (P 〈0.01). Conclusion The teaching effect of the flipped classroom combined with CBL group was satisfactory. Using the flipped classroom combined with CBL can develop students .analysis ability and clinical thinking ability, improve their learning initiative and enthusiasm. Therefore, it is worth popularizing.
