摘　　要：协同理论作为高校辅导员与专业教师合作育人研究的理论基础,学界对其在高校辅导员与专业教师合作育人中运用的现实价值和有效性、机制和策略、模式和方法等问题都进行一定程度上的探讨,综合看,研究仍然存在着从理论到实践关注的程度不够、合作育人领域探索不足等现实问题。Collaborative theory is a basic theory to study the cooperative education between college counselors and professional teachers. There is a certain extent of discussion on the value, effectiveness, mechanism and strategy, modes and methods of its application to the cooperative education between college counselors and professional teachers. But there is still a lack of attention from theory to practice, the lack of the exploration to the field of cooperative education and other issues.
