摘　　要：物流管理专业的高职毕业生在职业发展过程中普遍会在毕业后四年出现一个瓶颈期。这个瓶颈产生的原因很多,经调研其中的一个重要原因是高职毕业生在通识素养上的欠缺。文中站在岗位需求和职业发展的角度,分析高职物流专业人才培养中关于通识教育与专业教育改革的路径。Typically,it is about four years after graduation for logistics Graduate in Higher Vocational Colleges encountering a bottleneck in their career. Many reasons lead to this result. One of the important reasons is the lack of comprehensive quality training. In this paper,the author mainly studies the methods of comprehensive quality cultivation and the reform of higher vocational education.
