摘  要:为了克服磁流变半主动悬架耗能大的缺点,提出了一种自供能式磁流变半主动悬架结构。分别建立了磁流变减振器和直线电磁线圈数学模型,分析得出了半主动悬架能够实现能量自供给的必要条件,对该磁流变半主动悬架动态性能和自供能效果进行了仿真分析。结果表明,该磁流变半主动悬架在天棚控制下簧载质量加速度下降26.2%,悬架动挠度下降10.8%,轮胎动载荷下降13.3%;能够实现能量自供给,馈能效率为13.6%。Magnetorheological semi-active suspension needs much energy to generate an electromagnetic damping force. To overcome the disadvantage, a kind of self-powered semi-active suspension with magnetorheological damper is put forward. The mathematical models of the magnetorheological damper and linear electromagnetic coil are established. The necessary conditions of the self-powered function for the semi-active suspension are analyzed and achieved. The dynamic performances and self-powered effects of the sky-hook semi-active suspension with magnetorheological damper are obtained by simulation. The results show that for the semi-active suspension, sprung mass acceleration drops by 26.2%, suspension dynamic deflection drops by 10.8%, tire dynamic load drops by 13.3%. And the suspension can be powered by itself and the energy-regenerative efficiency is 13.6%.
