摘 要:为了探究电机连接杆件在被考虑为柔性体时对直线电机地铁车辆系统动力学的影响,通过ANSYS建立某地铁车辆直线电机连接杆件的有限元模型,并对其进行子结构分析、模态分析,再将分析结果导入SIMPACK中,对车辆刚柔耦合系统进行建模和动力学仿真,并将结果与多刚体车辆动力学系统进行比较。结果表明:连接杆件结构振动对电机的垂向振动加速度影响较大,对轮轨垂向力和转向架构架的垂向加速度均具有一定影响。该结果可对架悬直线电机地铁车辆电机定位刚度的选取提供一定参考。In the aim of studying how linear motor connecting rods have an dynamic influence on the metro vehicle system when they are regarded as flexible bodies,the finite element models of the rods are built in ANSYS,then followed by the substructure analysis and the modal analysis,the results are imported into SIMPACK afterwards,and finally the simulation results out of SIMPACK are compared with the results of a rigid vehicle system.The comparison indicates that the structural vibration of the rods has an effect on the vertical vibration acceleration of the motor,meanwhile on the wheel-rail vertical force and the vertical vibration acceleration of the bogie frame to some extent.This study may offer us some reference while choosing the positioning stiffness of the bogie-framemounted linear motor in metro vehicle system.
