摘　　要：经济新常态下的地方高职院校,目前正面临着一系列问题与挑战。按照现代职业教育体系建设的总体要求,积极推进高职教育理念创新和校园文化建设,深化地方高职院校改革创新,进一步释放办学活力,从而培养出一大批掌握必备专业知识和技能,具有社会责任感、创新精神、良好职业素养和可持续发展能力的高技能型人才,对于提升地方高职院校核心竞争力和服务能力具有重要的意义。The local vocational colleges in the new normal are facing a series of problems and challenges. According to the general requirements of modern vocational education system construction, it actively promotes higher vocational educational concept innovation and campus construction, deepens the local higher vocational college reform and innovation, in order to train highly skilled talents with necessary professional knowledge and skills, social responsibility, innovative spirit, good professional qualities and sustainable development ability, and this is significant for promoting the core competitiveness and service ability of local higher vocational colleges.
