摘　　要：开展双元培育改革是国家新一轮振兴东北老工业基地的重要战略举措,也是改革试点地区高职院校发展的重要机遇。受制于传统发展观、制度建设疲软,以及办学模式滞后等因素的影响,高职院校双元培育改革工作面临极大的挑战,急需从理念创新、制度创新、模式创新、服务创新、职能创新等方面寻求突破。Carrying out the dual system cultivation reform is not only an important strategy to revitalize the northeast old industrial base, but also an important opportunity for the development of higher vocational colleges. Subject to the factors such as the traditional concepts of development, weak system establishment and lagging school running mode, the dual system reform in higher vocational colleges faces great challenges, and it needs to seek a breakthrough in the aspects of the concept innovation, system innovation, mode innovation, service innovation, and functional innovation.
