摘　　要：灵芝作为一种名贵的大型真菌,能够治疗肿瘤等多种疾病。灵芝三萜类是除灵芝多糖外,灵芝中另一种主要活性成分。简要介绍了近年来灵芝深层发酵的菌丝体中三萜的种类、合成途径、影响合成的因素及体外抗肿瘤的药理活性,为以后灵芝三萜的抗肿瘤提供了理论基础。Ganoderma lucidum is a mushroom which has been widely used as traditional Chinese medicine fungi for thousands years in China. It also shows the effect of treating a variety of diseases,such as tumor. Apart from the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide, ganoderma triterpene is another important active ingredient produced by ganoderma lucidum. In this paper,we provide a systematic review on the sorts of Ganoderma triterpene in mycelium, synthesis methods, factors influencing triterpense synthesis, and their anti-tumor phaemacological activities.
