摘  要:长期以来,基础教育领域动漫课程的开展存在着"重实践、轻理论",甚至"有实践、无理论"的问题。"动漫教育的功能"成为中小学动漫教育理论研究亟须阐明的一个基本问题。本研究在对动漫的特点、中小学生认知发展规律把握的基础上,着重阐述培养创新意识与创新能力作为中小学动漫教育本体功能之一,其功能的内涵、功能确立的依据及功能实现的作用机理。培养中小学生的创新意识和创新能力是素质教育的重点,应把创新意识与创新能力的培养作为中小学动漫教育的主要功能之一。该功能的实现具有丰富的现实通道和科学的作用机理:动漫形象的直观性契合中小学生的创新能力发展水平,回应生命发展的需要;动漫元素的趣味性为创新兴趣的产生提供先决条件;动漫教育注重培育的想象力是创新能力的根本因素;动漫创作生发的思维发散性是创新能力的形成要因;动漫创作成果的可视化是激发创新动机的重要环节;动漫课程凸显的艺术性是培育综合创新素质的关键因素。For a long time,the development of cartoon course in elementary education still exists the problem of "emphasizing practice and neglecting theory",even the problem of "wide practice and no theory"."Function of cartoon education" has become a basic problem needed to clarify for the research on primary and secondary school' s cartoon education theory.This research,on the basis of cartoon' s features and rules of primary and secondary school students' cognitive development,emphasizes cultivating innovative consciousness and creative ability being one of the noumenon functions of primary and secondary school cartoon education,the connotation of its function,the basis of establishing function and the mechanism of function realization.Fostering primary and secondary school students' innovative consciousness and creative ability is the focus of education for all-round development and should be regarded as one of the main functions of primary and secondary school cartoon education.The realization of such function possesses rich realistic channel and scientific mechanisms: the intuition of cartoon image agrees with the developing level of primary and secondary school students' innovative abilities and responds to the needs for life development;the enjoyment of cartoon elements provides prerequisite for the generation of interest in creativity;the imagination cultivated by cartoon education with concentration is the fundamental factor of creativity,open-ended thinking developed by cartoon creation is the forming factor of creativity,the visualization of the results cartoon created is an important link to motivate innovation, the artistry highlighted by cartoon courses is the key factor to cultivate comprehensive innovation quality.
