摘　　要：将"助人自助"作为《咨询心理学》课程的实践教学目标,一是符合大学生自身成长的需求,二是符合《咨询心理学》课程本身的要求。为达成此目标,通过课堂教学中的案例分析、课外学生分组操练、课后反思性作业等等方式开展实践教学活动,以提高学生学习心理学的兴趣,提高学生的自信和自我反思力,提高学生建立积极人际关系的能力,提高了学生的理性思辩能力。＂Helping others to help himself ＂ as a practical teaching objective of Counseling Psychology, it accommodates the needs of college students＇ development and the curriculum requirements of the course. In order to realize this goal, the practical teaching activities should be carried out through teaching cases analysis, student group practice after class, post-class self-reflective assignments to heighten students＇ interest in learning psychology, boost students＇ self-confidence and self-reflective ability, improve student s ability to build interpersonal relation and to think logically and reasonably.
