摘 要:以沈阳农业大学食品科学与工程专业为例,从专业定位、课程和教材建设、实践性教学环节建设、师资队伍建设和教学手段五个方面,探讨适应中国食品工业发展需求的高等农业院校食品科学与工程专业建设思路。通过将教学理论与教学实践经验相结合,提出:根据辽宁省特色资源进行专业定位,突出专业特色;通过构建完善的课程体系和设置明确专业方向的专业课程,完善课程和教材建设;通过课程实验、教学实习、科研训练和毕业生产实习等实践教学加强实践性教学环节建设;通过引进优秀人才、培训骨干教师和师资团队建设,提高师资队伍整体水平;引入创新型教学方法和教学模式,提高教学质量。以期为进一步加强高等农业院校食品科学与工程专业建设提供参考及借鉴。Taking Shenyang Agricultural University for example,this paper makes an exploration of how to construct the food science and engineering specialty that can meet the need of the Chinese food industry development in agricultural colleges and universities in the aspects of specialty orientation,curriculum and teaching material,practical teaching,teaching staff and teaching methodology.On the basis of the combination of teaching theories with teaching practice,this paper puts forwards the ideas: The food science and engineering specialty should be oriented according to the food resources with the Liaoning characteristics and try to highlight the characteristics this specialty possesses; a complete curriculum system be established and specialized courses be offered in a clear direction to complete the curriculum and teaching material construction; the practical teaching be strengthened by means of course practice,practice teaching,scientific research education,graduation production practice,etc; the teaching staff be improved on the whole by introducing excellent personnel,training cadre teachers and constructing teacher teams; and creative teaching methods and modes be introduced to improve teaching quality,which are all hoped to provide reference for the further construction of the food science and engineering specialty in agricultural colleges and universities.
