摘 要:目的:评价利用微信移动应用(mobile applications,APP)平台开展案例教学的效果。方法选择中山大学2010级八年制临床医学专业参加乳腺疾病临床见习的54名学生为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各27名学生。实验组采用微信移动(mobile applications, APP)平台进行案例教学,对照组采用常规案例教学。教学结束后,通过对学生问卷调查和乳腺疾病内容考试评价教学效果。结果实验组学生闭卷考试成绩平均分为86.6分,对照组学生的平均分为80.5分,两组差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组学生对授课教师的教学态度和教学方法的评价没有差异,但是,实验组学生对教学内容和教学效果的评价明显好于对照组学生。结论在外科学乳腺疾病教学中采用微信 APP 平台开展案例教学有助于培养学生的学习兴趣,提高教学效果。Objective To explore the learning effect of case-based methods learning through We-Chat mobile application (WeChat APP).Methods 54 students of grade 2010 eight-years medical students in Zhongshan University were randomized to test group and control group.The students in test group got the case-based learning methods (CM)through WeChat APP while the students in control group got the traditional CM.The teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire survey and class examination. Results As shown in the questionnaire,the students in test group gave a better assessment to the content of courses and teaching effect than the students in control group.However,neither the attitude nor the methods of teacher evaluated by students was different between test group and control group.The average score was 86.6 of test group,which was significant higher than 80.5 of control group (P〈0.05).Con-clusions WeChat APP can be used in case-based learning methods,by which is helpful to cultivate the learning interesting of students and to improve the teaching effect of clinical probation of breast disease.
