摘  要:通过对山西省5个地市的中职教师进行实地访谈和问卷调查,探讨中职教师合作文化的发展现状:中职教师与其他阶段教师相比,合作文化发展水平不高;在合作文化的四个因素上,合作意识和合作内容得分较高,合作规则得分最低;在合作意识上,中职教师对合作的重要性有一定的认识,但是这种合作意识仅仅停留在认知层面,对于合作与教师专业发展深层次的关系并未认识到;在合作内容上,中职教师依旧停留在"课堂教学"和"学生问题"的合作探讨上,科研合作甚少;中职教师在合作方式上维持"老三样",而合作规则的缺失不利于中职教师合作文化的形成。Basded on the interview and the questionnaire survey to 858 teachers from five cities of the Shaanxi Province, the result shows that the status quo of teachers' collaborative culture in secondary vocational schoolsare as follows: Compared with other stages of teachers, the level of development on the teachers ' collaborative culture in secondary vocational schools is not high; The score of the cooperation consciousness and the cooperation content are higher than the cooperation rules; On the cooperation consciousness, there is limited knowledge onthe importance of the cooperation, this kind of cooperation consciousness stays at acognitive level, the deeper relationship between cooperation and teachers' professionaldevelopment have been not realized; On the cooperation content, they still stayed inthe "classroom teaching" and "problem students" cooperation, there was few discussion on the research cooperation; They maintained the "youngest sample" in the mode ofcooperation, and the lack of cooperation rules were not conducive to develop the teachers 'collaborative culture in second vocational schools.
