摘　　要：医学中医专业定向学生培养的目的是解决基层医疗机构人才紧缺的问题,基层医疗机构优秀医疗人才短缺而采取的有效措施,是我国医疗卫生事业发展的趋势和需求,是利国利民的好事,在培养过程中更加重视临床诊疗基本技能的实训,在培养过程中打破了中医学"基础理论课—专业知识课—临床实习"三阶段分割式的传统培养模式,采用自主探索,互动学习,一教一带的模式,尽量多方面让学生能够"早临床,多临床,反复临床",为将来的基层和城乡培养一批能够"下得去,留得住,用得上"的全面创新的高素质医疗人才。Traditional Chinese culture oriented students is to solve the difficult and expensive problem of grassroots medical doctor reacted strongly, is effective measure of grass-roots medical institutions of outstanding medical talent shortage, is the trend and the demand of the development of China＇s medical and health undertakings, and is a good thing. In the training process, we paid attention to the training of clinical basic skills, broke the traditional Chinese medicine ＂ basic theory courses-professional knowledge course-courses of clinical practice＂ three stage segmentation of traditional culture mode, adopted independent exploration and interactive learning mode, tried our best to let the students ＂ multiple clinical medicine, early clinical medicine and repeated clinical medicine＂, which can have to go down for the future of the grassroots and rural culture, high-quality medical talents with comprehensive innovation.
