摘 要:中医学临床教学是将中医理论转化为临床技能,培养卓越中医临床人才的重要教学环节。它意味着高等中医药院校附属医院的教师职责应体现在将医学基础转化为临床技能的同时,赋予学生知识的理智、医德的启蒙和对生活的热爱三个方面,并最终实现"让学生成为完整的医生,通过影响学生而影响中医的未来"这样神圣使命。在医学生向临床医生过渡的阶段中,临床教师起到"领路人"的作用,其一言一行,往往对后者的从医之路留下永恒的烙印。故临床教师应牢记自己的使命,恪守一份职责,创造应有的成绩,为中医药教育事业尽献一片忠诚。Clinical teaching in medicine is to transform TCM theory into clinical skills in the process. It is also the culture of Chinese medicine outstanding clinician important teaching. It means that clinical teachers ' responsibilities should be reflected in the basic medical knowledge into clinical skills, and provides students with intellectual knowledge, the doctor 's character and love of life. We finally realized trying to get students to become doctors complete, and students affected by the impact of future Chinese medicine. In the process of medical students in the transition to the clinician, clinical teachers played a " pacemaker" role, their speech and be-havior, often resulting impact on students' use of the future as a doctor.
