摘 要:目的:探讨以学生为中心的病例分析在临床麻醉教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2011年-2014年麻醉学系本科实习生98名,以年级为单位分为3组:对照组(C组,n=32)、传统病例分析组(T组,n=33)和实验组(S组,n=33)。C组给予系统化理论教学,T组进行以教师为中心的病例分析结合系统化理论教学,S组进行以学生为中心的病例分析结合系统化理论教学。所有实习生在实习结束时进行临床技能考核和理论考试,比较分析三组间的教学效果。结果:在理论成绩和临床思维与技能考核中,T组成绩高于C组,S组成绩又高于C组和T组(P<0.05)。结论:单纯理论教学相比,病例分析更能提高学生综合素质,提高教学效果,有助于培养学生的临床思维与技能,且以学生为中心的病例分析临床教学效果更佳。Objective:To explore the student centered case analysis in clinical anesthesia teaching. Methods:98 interns from year 2011 to 2014 were allocated into three groups based grades:control group (group C,n = 32) ,traditional case analysis group (group T,n= 33) and ob- servation group (group S,n = 33). All group were given systematic theory teaching, group T was treated with teacher centered case analysis as addition and group S was treated with student centered case analysis as addition. All interns accepted clinic skill assessment and theoretical ex- amination at the end of internship, and analysis the teaching effects between the three groups. Results:In the evaluation of academic performance and clinical thinking and skills,group T was higher than that in group S,and group C was higher than that in group C and group T ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the pure theory teaching, case analysis can improve the students' comprehensive quality, improve the teach- ing effect, and the student centered case analysis is better than the teacher centered case analysis in teaching.
