摘 要:率性表现为尊重真我、追求灵动、顺应自然。幼儿教育中教师的率性就是张扬自己的独特个性、允许自己的真情自然流露。这对赋予幼儿园保教工作以创造的自由,保教现场以生机与活力,从而保证教师的从业幸福感和幼儿的身心和谐发展具有重要意义。然而,在保教实践中,教师往往被程序性、技术性、理性的因素所束缚,真我、真情的发挥受到制约。因此,幼儿园教师需要解放自我,找回率性。当然,率性应与“师性”结合以避免任性。Straightforwardness is manifested as respecting authentic self, pursuing inspiration and complying with nature disposition. In kindergarten education, teachers' straightforwardness means displaying their unique individuality and allowing them to outpouring their emotion. It plays an important role in endowing the care and education work with freedom to create, and endowing care and education scene with vigor and vitality so as to ensure teachers' profession happiness and Children's mental and physical development. However, in care and education reality, teachers tend to be tied down by the external, technical and rational factors. That's why teachers rarely express their authentic self and real emotions. Therefore, kindergarten teachers need to liberate themselves and get back straightforwardness. Certainly, straightforwardness should combine with teachers' professional protocol to avoid caprice.
