摘　　要：高校青年教师的快速成长是当前高校人才建设工作的关键,也是青年教师自身发展的根本要求。本文从高校青年教师自身角度出发,对高校青年教师如何提高职业道德修养、教学能力及科研水平进行了探讨。Nowadays, the rapid growth of young university teachers is the fundamental requirement to talent-related work in colleges and universities, and it is also the basic requirement for the development of young university teachers themselves. From the perspective of young university teachers, this article discussed how to improve the professional ethics, teaching ability and research capacities of young university teachers.
