摘 要:研究澳大利亚TAFE理念及特色,并且借鉴"能本教育"的TAFE课程设置,对数控技术专业中高职的课程设置进行创新,构建以能力为本位的数控课程体系。让学生参与课程开发体系,实现课程衔接体系开发多元化,开发能力为本位的课程教学设计,编写以能力为本位的核心课程教材,使用以能力为本位的课程评估体系。整个专业课程衔接体系突出职业性、实用性等特色,满足中国制造业的岗位需求和学生个人发展需要。This article studied the Australian TAFE concept and its character and presented the TAFE curriculum design of Competency - Based Education (CBE). This CBE curriculum design actively innovates in higher voca- tional school, especially for CNC technology engineering, aiming at cultivating the students' ability, encouraging the students' involvement and elevating the course diversification. Meanwhile, it emphasizes the exploitation on the method of the course design for CBE, the edition of core lectures, as well as relevant evaluation system. This major course design focuses on the occupation and practicing which fulfills the market requirement in Chinese manufacture industry and meets desire of the students' personal development.
