开放大学转型升级背景下的课程建设研究

摘　　要：随着国家开放大学在中央广播电视大学的基础上揭牌成立,我国各级广播电视大学也开始向开放大学转型升级。开放大学建设是一项长期而复杂的系统工程,其中课程建设应遵循开放大学办学理念和宗旨,围绕开放大学人才培养目标展开。将课程建设作为教育教学的载体,各级电大教师应在教学实践中不断总结经验,探索研究适合开放大学课程建设的方案,以促进开放大学的发展。Along with the National Open University inaugurated based on the Open University of China, our Radio and Television Universities at all levels have begun to transform and upgrade to Open Universities, Open University＇s transformation and upgrading construction should follow the idea and purpose is a long-term and complex systematic project. Its curriculum of running Open University, so as to make curriculum teaching open to the goal of cultivating talents in Open University. As the carrier of teaching, curriculum construction needs new experience constantly from teachers in Radio and Television Universities at all levels, and program suitable for Open University, to promote the development of Open University.
