入科教育在降低急诊护理实习生锐器伤的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨入科教育在降低急诊护理实习生锐器伤的效果,以减少护理实习生在急诊科临床实习中出现锐器伤的机率。方法挑选2013年6月—2015年2月该院急诊科护理实习生220名作为研究对象,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组110名。观察组执行入科教育,包括锐器伤预防措施、暴露原因、紧急处理流程等,对照组接受常规教育。对比两组掌握锐器伤知识的程度、锐器伤出现率、锐器伤上报与正确处理率。结果对比掌握锐器伤知识程度,观察组明显比对照组要高(P<0.05)。对比锐器伤出现率,观察组明显比对照组要低(P<0.05)。对比锐器伤上报与正确处理率,观察组显著更优(P<0.05)。结论实行入科教育,可以有效减少锐器伤发生概率,提高正确处理锐器伤率。Objective To study the effect of department-entrance education in reducing the sharp instrument injury of e-mergency nursing interns in order to reduce the occurrence probability of sharp instrument injury of nursing interns in the emergency clinical practice. Methods 220 cases of emergency nursing interns in our hospital from June 2013 to February 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 110 cases in each, the observation group adopted the department-entrance education including sharp instrument injury preventive measures, exposure causes and emergency handling process, the control group adopted the routine education, and the mastery degree of knowledge of sharp instrument injury, occurrence probability of sharp instrument injury, and the report rate and accurate handling rate of sharp instrument injury were compared between the two groups. Results The mastery degree of knowledge of sharp instru-ment injury in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the occurrence rate of sharp instrument injury in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the re-port rate and accurate handling rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclu-sion The implementation of department-entrance education can effectively reduce the occurrence probability of sharp instru-ment injury and improve the accurate handling rate of sharp instrument injury.
