地方本科院校地理科学专业就业态势分析

摘　　要：基于学生生源和就业信息的统计数据,分析了近10年来咸阳师范学院地理科学专业毕业生就业结构及变化趋势,空间分布特征。结果表明:(1)毕业生从事基础教育的比例总体呈波动下降趋势,从事其他行业的比例呈上升趋势;(2)生源地以陕西省内为主,占87.07%,省内生源的毕业生存在流失现象(毕业生在省内就业的占60.79%),新疆、广东是我校毕业生从事地理基础教育人数最多的主要地区;(3)陕西省地理基础教育人才需求已近饱和,省内就业的毕业生中从事基础教育的约占60%;(4)毕业生考研的院校陕西省内占45.57%,福建、云南、青海、新疆、四川也是我校学生选择较多的区域。毕业生从事其他行业的区域,主要集中在生源地。Based on the statistics of students＇ enrollment and employment information, geographi- cal science graduates＇ employment structure, trend and the space distribution an analysis was made of the characteristics of Xianyang Normal University in recent 10 years. Results show that： （1） The propor- tion of graduates engaged in the basic education showed a trend of falling volatility, while that of those engaged in other industries is rising. （2）87.07% of the students are from Shaanxi Province, and 60.79% graduates are employed in Shaanxi Province. Xinjiang and Guangdong are also the main employment areas for the basic education in geography. （3）The foundation education talent demand of Shaanxi Prov- ince is nearly saturated. The employment of graduates engaged in basic education accounts for 60%. （4） Schools and institutions of graduate concentration distribution in Shaanxi is 45.57%, while Fujian, Yun- nan, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Sichuan provinces are also the main areas. Graduates employed in other indus- tries are mainly from where they come from.
