摘　　要：伊力特浓酱复合淡雅型白酒通过融合浓、酱两种白酒生产工艺,调控酿酒生产过程中美拉德反应的影响因素,并采用净化后贮存、计算机基酒筛选组合技术等后处理工艺,控制微量风味物质比例等,实现了在传承中不断创新的目标。Yilite thick sauce composite elegant type liquor concentration, through the integration of two kinds of sauce liquor production process, factors affecting the Maillard reaction regulation of wine production process, and the purification technology combination screening base wine storage, computer postprocessing technology, control the proportion of trace flavoring substances, to achieve a continuous innovation in the inheritance of the target.
