摘  要:随着昭通市教育兴昭战略的实施,中小学教师补充工作呈现出新要求.从补充途径、补充数量和补充质量等方面了解"十二五"期间教师队伍补充现状,分析补充工作存在的问题,包括教师供给不足、质量不高、高中教师缺口大、队伍不稳定和补充管理工作缺乏整体规划,提出完善教师补充途径,加大激励力度,建立人才储备库和健全教师培训机制等对策.With the implementation of the strategy of reviving Zhaotong by education, new requirements appear in the supplementary work for primary and secondary school teachers. The paper explores the current situation from the per- spectives of supplementary ways, supplementary quantities and supplementary qualities of the teaching staff during the Twelfth Five-year Plan. The existing problems in supplement that Zhaotong primary and secondary school teachers are in short supply, the quality of teaching staff is not high, the gap for high school teachers is huge, the teaching staff is un- steady and the suppleentary work lacks of overall planning are analyzed. The corresponding strategies are put forward including improving teachers' supplementary approaches, increasing the intensity of incentives, establishing talent pool, and improving the teachers' training mechanism.
