摘 要:全面而科学地实现小学英语教师的语音素质整体构建并提升其实践能力,对于小学英语教师专业化发展意义深远。结合儿童语音发展的身心规律、小学英语课程标准的要求以及我国小学英语教育自身的特点,小学英语教师的语音素质内涵可确定为语音意识、双语语音知识图式、语音实践技能和语音专业伦理四个因素,且这四个因素的具体内容会随着小学英语教师专业素质的成长而日益丰富。To achieve the overall construction of primary English teachers' phonetic quality structure and prove their practical ability scientifically is of profound significance for the professional development of English tO im- teachers in primary schools. According to the features and rules of the phonological development of children, the requirements of primary English curriculum standard in China, and the primary English education environment, this paper concludes that the primary school English .teachers' phonetic quality structure is made up of the following four factors: phono- logical awareness, bilingual the four factors will develop speech knowledge schemata, phonetic practical teaching skills and professional ethics.
