校企合作的“双师型”教师队伍培养探索——以华三培训基地为例

摘　　要：针对培养应用型人才的需求,高校建设"双师型"教师队伍具体核心的重要地位。分析目前在建设"双师型"教师队伍的必要性以及存在的若干问题。研究探索以校企合作为基础的"双师型"教师队伍建设,构建了依托华三培训基地的一套教学培养模式,并取得了提升效益。In view of the demand of training applied talents, the important pasition of the construction of the ＂double qualification＂ teachers team is important. The necessity and some problems of the construction of the ＂double qualification＂ teachers team are ana-lyzed. Study and explore the construction of ＂double qualification＂ teachers team Based on the school-enterprise cooperation, and build a set of teaching training mode based on the H3C training base, and have achieved the benefits.
