摘 要:在护理管理中,护士绩效考核是核心内容,科学考核绩效,可激发护士工作的积极性,加强护士责任感,从而优化护理质量。根据护理的层级、工作量、质量不同,拟定层级系数、工作数量及护理质量标准予以统计,设置护士考核绩效体系,为护士的奖惩、评优提供参考依据,以激励护士,可促使护理操作更为规范,促使各项护理工作达到规范性、程序性的目的。该文简要介绍了护士绩效考核在消化内科护理管理中的具体应用,并分析了护士绩效考核的作用。In the nursing management, the nurse performance evaluation is the core content, and the scientific examination of performance can motivate the working enthusiasm of nurses, enhance the responsibility sense of nurses thus optimizing the nursing quality, according to different nursing levels, workloads and qualities, the level coefficient, working number and nursing quality standards were counted, and the nurse examination of performance system was set thus providing reference for the punishment and evaluation of nurses, making the nursing operation more standardized and promoting various nursing work more standardized and procedure, the paper briefly introduces the specific application of nurse performance evaluation in the nursing management in the department of gastroenterology and analyzes the effect of nurse performance evaluation.
