摘　　要：文章着眼于我国高职教育的改革浪潮,以解决教学与就业不对称问题为研究点,将"行动导向"理念与"翻转课堂"形式相结合,引入PMBOK九大知识体系之一的项目整体管理为手段,强调以学生为中心的行动教学,构建教学模式,并以实证研究检验本教学模式的有效性。This article focuses on education reform in China. In order to solve the contradiction between teaching and employment,this research combines the action oriented method and flipped classroom, and introduces project integration management of PMBOK( Project Management Body Of Knowledge). In the teaching model,it emphasizes that students are the center within the process of teaching. One experiment is carried on to prove the validity of this teaching mode.
