摘　　要：民营企业作为我国社会主义市场经济的重要主体之一,对国民经济的发展起着不可忽视的重要影响。而构建和谐的民营企业劳资关系,更是建设和谐社会的需要。在归纳我国民营企业劳资关系现状的基础上,针对存在的问题进行了成因分析,提出了改善我国民营企业劳资关系的具体措施。As one of the important subjects of China’s socialist market economy ,private enterprises play an important role in the development of national economy and can not be neglected .Building a harmonious private enterprise labor-capital relationship ,it is needed to build a harmonious society .On the basis of summarizing the status quo of labor-capital relationship in private enterprises ,this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some concrete measures to improve the labor-capital relationship of private enterprises .
