摘 要:目前,教师培训的发展迈入了"互联网+"时代。在经济发展新常态的大背景、大逻辑下,深刻认识教师培训新常态的内涵,并用新的思维模式系统性思考教师培训模式的变革,对提升教师培训质量、为经济发展提供高质量人力资源就显得尤为必要。该文立足实践,在深刻认识教师培训新常态内涵的基础上,以西部某省"国培计划"为例,对现有教师培训模式中存在的对象性思维严重、培训需求分析手段过于传统、项目管理信息化建设相对孤立、项目评估方式单一、项目分配趋于"中心化"等问题进行了归纳总结。最终,以问题解决为导向,以互联网思维为指导,借鉴智能学领域"信息—知识—策略—行为的转化与统一理论"的相关思想,构建了由信息层、知识层、策略性、行为层组成的基于大数据分析的O2O教师培训模式,对推进教师培训新常态下教师培训模式的变革具有一定的启示意义。Up to now, the development of teacher training has entered the "Internet+" era. Deeply understanding the connotation of teacher training in the new normal and systematic thinking about the reform of teacher training mode with a new mode of thinking are especially necessary to improve the quality of teacher training and provide high-quality human resources for economic development in the background of new normal of economic development. This paper made a thorough analysis on the new normal of teacher training and summarized major problems of the existing teacher training model, in the case of National Training Plan of a certain Province, including object thinking is too serious, training needs analysis methods are too traditional, the construction of informatization for project management is relatively isolated, project evaluation mode is single, project distribution is too concentrated, based on the practices. Finally, in order to solve the above problems and provide some reference value to the transformation of teacher training mode under the new normal, this paper guided by the Internet thinking and referred to the related ideas of "information knowledge strategy behavior transformation and unification theory" in the field of intelligence, and then constructed a O2 O teacher training model based on the big data analysis technology, contains the information layer, knowledge layer, strategic layer, and behavior layer.
