摘  要:[目的]调查分析不同层次护生批判性思维能力的现状,为探索建立护生批判性思维能力的培养模式提供参考。[方法]采用中文版批判性思维能力测量表测试本校1 349名本科护生及研究生的批判性思维能力,进行比较分析。[结果]本科护生组批判性思维能力平均总分为(274.16±25.37)分,表现为中等水平;研究生一年级平均总分为(290.72±30.04),表现为正性水平。批判性思维能力总分从高到低依次为研究生一年级、本科三年级、本科四年级、本科一年级、本科二年级;本科生组与研究生一年级最低分均为"寻找真相";研究生一年级总分与本科生组各年级总分比较,差异均有统计学意义。研究生一年级组各维度均分及各维度(除"寻找真相"外)分值达到正性水平的人数比例均超过50%;本科生组仅"分析能力""求知欲"达到正性水平的人数比例超过50%。[结论]不同层次护生的批判性思维能力存在差异,需迫切建立针对性的培养模式提高整体护生的思维能力。Objective:To probe into the status quo of critical thinking ability nursing students of different levels, so as to provide references for constructing the training model of nursing students ' critical thinking ability. Methods:The Critical Thinking Dispositions Inventory (Chinese version) was used to test critical thinking ability of 1 349 undergraduate nursing students and graduate students,and then to carry out comparative analysis. Results: The total average score of critical thinking ability of undergraduate nursing students was(274. 16±25.37), which showed a moderate level. The total average score of graduate nursing students was(290.72± 30.04), which was positive level. The total score of critical thinking ability from high to end were in turn first - year graduate, third - year undergraduate, fourth - year undergraduate, first - year undergraduate, Second - year undergraduate. The lowest point in both undergraduate group and first - year graduate group was "finding the truth". There was statistically significant difference in the score between firstyear graduate students group and all undergraduate students group. The population proportion of total score and the all dimensions (except finding the truth) scores reaching positive level of graduate students was more than 50% in first -year graduate group. The population proportion of reaching positive level at "open mind analysis ability thirst for knowledge""cognitive maturity" of undergraduate students was more than 50% in undergraduate group. Conclusion: There were differences in critical thinking ability among different levels of nursing students, so it was necessary to establish a targeted training model to improve the overall nursing students' thinking ability.
