摘　　要：目的研究植入前遗传学诊断(PGD)中心接收外送标本进行诊断模式的可行性。方法回顾性对比分析外接标本与本中心同期地中海贫血PGD周期的诊断结果。结果外接标本与本中心的α地中海贫血和β地中海贫血患者的胚胎实验室指标无统计学差异(P>0.05)。外接标本α地中海贫血患者的正常胚胎率、杂合子胚胎率、异常胚胎率、诊断失败率分别为27.92%、35.10%、36.98%、16.93%,本中心α地中海贫血患者的正常胚胎率、杂合子胚胎率、异常胚胎率、诊断失败率分别为27.10%、38.01%、34.89%、14.63%,两组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);外接标本β地中海贫血患者的正常胚胎率、杂合子胚胎率、异常胚胎率、诊断失败率分别为30.48%、44.28%、25.24%、9.87%,本中心β地中海贫血患者的正常胚胎率、杂合子胚胎率、异常胚胎率、诊断失败率分别为25.71%、46.43%、27.86%、7.28%,两组间比较亦无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论外接标本经过当地生殖中心的处理,运输至我中心检测不会显著影响诊断结果,PGD诊断中心接收外送标本进行合作的模式是可行的。Objective： To investigate the feasibility of PGD center receiving embryo biopsy samples from other centers.Methods： The diagnostic results of thalassemia in the samples from other centers were retrospectively compared with that in the First Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University in the same period.Results： There were no significant differences in embryo parameters between the samples from other centers and our own center.Among the PGD results,the normal embryo rate,the heterozygote embryo rate,abnormal embryo rate and the diagnosis failure rate of alpha thalassemia in the samples from other centers were 27.92%,35.10%,36.98% and 16.93% respectively,while the rates in our center were27.10%,38.01%,34.89% and 14.63% respectively.The normal rate,the heterozygote rate,abnormal embryo rate and the diagnosis failure rate of beta thalassemia in the samples from other centers were30.48%,44.28%,25.24% and 9.87% respectively,while the rates in our center were 25.71%,46.43%,27.86% and 7.28%respectively.No statistical significances were found between the samples from other centers and our center（P〉0.05）.Conclusions： No statistical significances were found in diagnostic results of thalassemia between the samples from other centers and our center,which indicate that treatment and transportation of samples from other centers would not significantly affect the diagnostic results.The mode that PGD diagnostic center receives biopsy samples from other centers is practicable.
