摘  要:设计了一套高效率、高精度的汽车灯芯自动快速装箱机械手。介绍了机械手的主要部件:末端执行器、机械手腕、机械臂、基座等。利用CATIA软件对末端执行器、机械手腕、机械臂、基座以及移箱机构进行了建模和装配,并在此基础上对机械手系统进行了运动仿真,通过调试参数进行了系统优化。最后在CATIA环境下实现了汽车灯芯快速装箱机械手的设计与运动仿真,结果表明所设计的装箱机械手,能满足灯芯快速装箱的需求。An automatic fast packing manipulator of automobile wick with high eiiiciency and high precision is designed. The main components of manipulator, which include end actuator, manipulator wrist, manipulator arm, the base and so on, are introduced separately. These main components and box moving mechanism are modeled and assembled by the CATIA. After modeling and assembly, the motion simulation of system is establ/shed and the system/s optimized through debugging parameters. As a result, design and motion simulation of fast packing of automobile wick is w.alized with the CATIA software. Simulation shows that the designed manipulator can satisfy the need of automatic fast packing of automobile wick.
