摘　　要：粽子作为一种节日食品有着丰富的饮食文化,与此同时,粽子的演变过程与历史人物、节令及各地风俗等因素密不可分。通过探究粽子的起源、种类、制作工艺可以更加直观地发掘粽子的历史文化内涵,有利于现今传统饮食的保护和发展。Zongzi, a typical food for the Dragon Boat Festival, possesses rich cultural connotations, whose evo-lution is closely connected to historic personalities, seasonal occasions and local customs. This paper explores its cultural and historical connotations from the perspectives of origin, classification and preparation to provide reference for the preservation and development of traditional diets.
